So I guess everyone went 'gaga' after the release of the trailer of the romantic movie 

The Vow :)

Me?Oh..i was..hmm..kinda interested to watch it to.but sadly,its not showing in Ipoh.

typical Ipoh huh?Daphne watched it before me and she said it wasnt THAT touching or whatsoever.

So I decided to download it by myself (I usually suck at downloading movies fyi)

My first attempt failed.Miserably!Didnt know I download some weird foreign language version.LOL so I gave it another try and wow..I downloaded the right one! :)

The leading man was played by Channing Tatum.

Remember the guy from Dear John?Yeah,thats him :) 

I have to admit.He's pretty hunky :3

The main actress is Rachel McAdams.

She was starred in The Notebook too.She's sooo pretty!Really admire her beauty :)

If you're asking me,the movie was pretty good.Romantic?Yeah pretty much.

Its kinda touching to see how much a husband would do and the distance he will go to rekindle the love between him and his wife who lost her memories.A lil something like The Notebook right?

Makes you wonder..what if one day,YOU got into an accident *touchwood and all your memories before got..stuck?or lost?Will someone do as much to bring back the good things in life that

we dont remember anymore?

So true.If love is there,there is always a way back to each other right?

and in the movie,channing tatum explained the theory of  IMPACT.

Here are some meaningful ones ..

"These moments of impact define who we are."

Makes me wonder too..when will these 'impacts' usually take place?

All in all,I think its quite a meaningful movie..but really,i expected better.

Hmmm..more story line?Did not really cry that much..just teared out a bit at some scenes.

Yee Laine's 18th

Since Daphne came back from KL,she decided to pay a visit to school and to our beloved teachers 

so I just tag along.Yee Laine,Begum and Davinia too.

It was Yee Laine's birthday so maybe we could also hang out a little.

My main point to school is to pay Pn.Florina a visit since I didnt have much time to catch up with her after taking my results.How nice of her to buy us a box of chocolates to congratulate us.

Anyway,when we reached school,everyone was everywhere.

Apparently there will be a huge ceremony on Saturday morning so the music girls will have to perform too.Ahhhh...I miss those times when WE always get stress up over performances :')

Wanted to jam along but too bad our drummer isnt there.and also everyone was too busy with their own stuffs.and oh!Brought my certs to school to certify too.Urghh...all the trouble for applying scholarships.

After the whole thing,we went to chapel to play our favourite piano.LOL the one with the moo sounds.

Then we decided to have lunch in Jusco.and guess what?Begum fetched us there!

 A thank you card we bought from Memory Lane.This is for the times when Pn.Lim pushes us with the crazy amount of homeworks and exercises.Nobody really appreciates what she have done and some may misunderstood her just cause she's strict and all,but really,we could never have achieve such good results without her.SO here,a thank you card is just something to let her know we appreciate her!

Sigh of relief..at last :)

Soooooooo....

The big day finally came!And I swear to you that I've never been any nervous like that.The nerve starting kicking in worse the first thing I woke up yesterday morning.my first thought after waking up was ..

"Its today?Its today.OMG ITS TODAYYYYY!!"

So yeah.was kinda reluctant to get out of bed but somehow EVENTUALLY i did.

Took my hot cup of milo and got ready.Was thinking of leaving home at about 9.45 but mum 

say we'll leave at 9.30.

I was like..ahhhhhh really??!!

Told mum to spin a few rounds around town before we stop by the school and she laughed at me.

Guess she could tell how nervous I was.Met up with Janet and Shahira and Zenli at first.

So we catched up a little before entering the hall.It was almost ten but there were no sights of the class teachers.Doesnt that just makes things worse??Got a phone call from Darren and sis asking bout my result but none of our results were known by then.Then Darren told me that Ching and Regine got straight As.Congrads woman!but that call make me even more nervous :/

So Miss Koghi came in at about 10.30.Then she said that those who got straight As will be

 called out and the principal herself will hand in our results.OMG OMG OMG.You have NO idea how relieved I was when my name was called out.It was like...phewww!

But the greed made us all even more ...greedy.We were hoping to see the amount of A+ or As we get.

Hah!that moment of joy when the unknow principal announced my results.

Seriously,did not expect it to be like THAT.Was sorta in a state of shock at that moment.hahah and i was so silly to tear out a little.okay la okay la..too much drama -___-

But it was worth the hard work.The amount of homeworks Pn.Lim gave us.So glad to make Pn.Florina proud by getting her an A+ for music.That was seriously the most unexpected thing.
Mum and dad was proud of me.And sis!omg I guess she was the happiest.LOL.

Anxiety

See my title up there?

Yeap,been having that for the whole day now.Did not feel anything till I woke up this morning realising that the day is JUST.TOMORROW!.

So here I am,blogging here when there's still 11hours and 54 minutes to

SPM RESULTS DAY

Wasnt having that crazy nerve till I went on Twitter and Facebook and those 

cyber people just HAVE TO add on fire and remind each other about tomorrow.And somehow its so unbelievable that 3 months has passed on so quickly!
Its finally time to face the truth,like it or not.

That one piece of paper determines my pathway.

Tells me more about myself.Lets me know how far can I go.Lets me know whether all those hard work studying pays off.and also to let my parents know whether their hope in me is worthy.

Been having so much food today.From roti telur,to wa tan hor ,rice,marshmallows,mochis,tiramisu cake,ice-cream and mee goreng.Thats show exactly how anxious I am.hahahah.Those goodluck texts and calls,thank you so much.Will I have a good night sleep tonight?OH i'm not too sure bout that either :/ There's really nothing much we can do right now but just HOPE for the best.

Still..life goes on no matter what happens right?

18th celebration :)

Finally back from KL.

Had such a long day two days ago but here I am..time to blog about my 18th year !

You know what people say about turning 18..

"Oh you're finally an adult!"

"OH you're finally legal to watch the 18-rated movie!"

"OH YOU'RE OLD RIGHT NOWWWW!"

Yeap,exactly that.How do I feel being 18?well its kinda weird since I'm probably the earliest among the friends,and i cant do things that is illegal for them to (sounds like a bad girl,huh?).

Anyway,glad that my 18th bday wasnt so bad after all :)

So we went for supper the night before.

I mean..the cousins and I were working the night shift and we went for supper right after closing the outlet.Sort of a birthday countdown supper.Where else but to go for Murni @ SS2.We loveeeee the food there.Half mamak and half western-ish.

 They have drinks called I LOVE YOU,I MISS YOU,I KISS YOU,DONT WORRY,BE HAPPY.

  

Got the first call from Chuah Mi Ching!hahaha was so happy to hear her hyper voice on the phone.She was literally screaming alll over.Makes me feel so special :) and all the texts started to come with boom boom boom Happy birthday wishes and all.To all that texted me right at 12,thank you so much!Shows much of a great friends you guys are :)

Went to work as usual.was grateful that cousin arranged morning shift for bro,Maggie and I so that we can go out and celebrate at night.Mum and sis drove down from Ipoh too!and guess what?Got a surprise visit from Darren and his family.The first thing uncle ooi did was to wish my happy birthday.It brightened up my day!They made me feel a little more homey in KL.You know how much I miss ipoh :(

Celebrated at night @ Souled Out.Its some sort of cafe/pub-ish/bistro place.

Cousin ordered a glass of Mojito for me and told me that being 18 means that I finally obtained my drinking license.True though :p

Then cousin ordered the Waterfall drink which is also called the flaming Lamborgini where they set the glasses with fire and turns out to be like a waterfall.

We partied so hard that night and I got caught in the middle when they had this spin the wheel thing and the whole crowd at Souled Out kept cheering "birthday girl!birthday girl!" in order for me to spin the wheel.Felt so malu T__T

Evelyn knows just how crazy I go over marshmallows and she got them for my birthday :D

Early bday with Daphne

Finally got the spare some time here to blog.One more week here in KL and I'm back to Ipoh.

wow..time really flies here!

So i wanted to blog about my dinner with Daphne yesterday night.One of my best nights here in KL :)
She had her group project @ One Utama while I was working my morning shift.Walked around during break time and to my surprise I met Dave too!
You know how excited you get when you get to meet your ol buddies,dont you? :)

And so they visited my during work time.Too bad Davinia couldnt stay on for dinner.
and so daphne waited for me to finish my work and we headed to Seoul Garden for some Korean steamboat and bbq.Cousin treated us and daphne felt so bad when she was supposed to treat me for my bday.hahah.

3rd week going on 4!

ahhhh like finally,get to sit down here in front of the lappie and update my precious blog :)

(i'm only here cause i have afternoon shift today!)

So without knowing,in a blink of an eye,it has been the THIRD week I'm working here in KL.Like wow,never expected time to pass this quickly.I remember how was things before work,I was so damn fickle-minded to accept this challenge to come down to KL and experience the busy city life.and that was the time i was having such a struggle.but guess what?I underestimated myself :/

My first week at work was @ The Gardens Mall which is linked to Midvalley Mall.That outlet was owned by my cousin,Evelyn.and so all my working schedules had been arranged by her.Honestly,my job wasnt any hard,like what cousin said "I think this is quite a brainless job" LOL.and sometimes,time is soooo hard to pass when there isnt anybody.Thats cause The Gardens Mall isnt the "people's place",only the richies would go there.So.we were always hoping that more people would come and actually give us more stuffs to do!

Been helping cousin out for the outlet @ One Utama which is where I'm now working at currently.Went there on the day before the soft opening to help clean up and set up everything in order.and believe,that was a non-uniform day!hahaha.Then we experienced the rush during the grand opening for three days.Promotions was done so the crowd and line was prettttyy crazy.and oh,had a new boss for One Utama outlet.He's quite a nice guy and I love the fact that he appreciated us for helping :)

Can you imagine working in a mall?Its pretty cool.Sasa is just right opposite here,Jusco is right next to here and omg Candylicious is just some walk here!I literally got sugar rush when I entered Candylicious.During my breaktime,I would take a walk somewhere,or probably the whole mall possibly.Definitely wont get bored shopping here.LOL.

Bought these cute floral dresses after work.One for sis and one for myself.Bought some other shirts and skirts and shorts too.Omg please forgive me for being a girl :X
